Half Way Point July
Wednesday 10th had my VS and I am initially happy with my results and BP is looking fine, and that was as far the good news went.
I spent longer on the ward recovering as I felt dizzy and light-headed.
When I returned home I felt tired and sick and I bought my usual fruit and 2ltrs of lucozade which usually helps me recover but not today.
I have to take it steady for the next 36hrs
